    Monthly medication either turns up incomplete, or not at all. Prescriptions sent from doctor but also don't arrive. Used to be a very good pharmacy but appalling now.

    I am disabled and of pensionable age. Like many similar people I depend on my prescription / medication being delivered promptly. Yet again my medication has failed to arrive in time. I have none left … it is Friday afternoon and nobody is answering the telephone at the pharmacy. This is becoming a frequent problem causing stress and anxiety. I would attend in person but I am disabled! The delivery service appears to be at best erratic … at worst unacceptably inefficient.
