Although this is a chain pharmacy it really feels like a local business. The staff are always really friendly and they're also very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to know and understand their regular customers.
We have our prescriptions sent from the doctors' electronically and although they're a small store they can order items in next day (or sometimes same day). | ||||||

I am a disabled woman after experiencing a traumatic injury to my spine. I take a variety of different medication for pain relief and some cause terrible side effects. The pharmacist spends time to explain the effects and how to take them effectively and safely. The pharmacy has taken over the ordering of my repeat prescriptions and text me when they are ready and will prompt me to visit my GP if I need to organise any blood tests etc related to the medications. I cannot thank them or praise them enough, they really do care and remember your name so that you feel at ease and reassured when in the pharmacy. I have never had a less than excellent experience over the last 4 years.

My friend had breathing difficulties whilst visiting so we sought help from the Pharmacist. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and reassuring. Great customer care. | ||||||
