Shame they have replaced the pharmacy technician as this one feels the need to turn down my private prescription for trans healthcare not a supportive pharmacy at all, it was now it's not. Made me wait for 20 minutes accepted it oh and stamped it too! then she decided actually no I'm not comfortable letting you have your medication, terrible and slightly unwilling to provide a service is all I can say. Especially knowing full well these prescriptions are uk recognised by the England Health Department. Simply refused

For the 2nd time my repeat script was not sorted. No help at all even though I have been getting the same script for years from them. One would think they would give some meds to see me over Christmas. No care, no help really gone downhill since previous people left. Never had one issue with previous staff.
