I've used this Pharmacy for many years now and I've enjoyed great service from a very knowledgeable team. Customers can be assured that they will receive sound and helpful advice in answer to questions. All the staff are friendly and efficient. They work closely with the local surgery to ensure that repeat medicines are sent directly to the pharmacy (where requested) and dispensed ready for collection. They assume a duty of care to all their customers and will always go the extra mile.

This is a friendly chemist with cheerful, helpful staff. For a small chemist there is a wide range of stock - including fine wines and alcohol. They also do passport photographs and confidential, smoking cessation sessions. If pharmacy items are not in stock they are ordered and are there the next day - sometimes the same day, depending on the item. The pharmacy offers good advice and will not try to sell you expensive items if a cheaper alternative is available. They could not be more helpful. It is an established, family run business that has served Kirkbymoorside well over the years but has shown itself able to move with the times and offer up to date services.

This is a great chemist! The staff are very polite and friendly, the chemists are all very knowledgeable and always on hand if you need advice and all are very approachable. The shelves are very well stocked with all variations of buy off the shelf medication and everyday essentials. It is very clean and bright and they have a private consultation room so you don't feel embarrassed when asking about certain ailments. I would recommend Towlers chemist to anyone who wants an all round fantastic service.
