Went to Tesco Pharmacy today to get my husbands prescription. They haven't got his night time insulin in stock. It's been out of stock for nearly 2 months now. The Pharmacist said he had his day time insulin and that was fine!!! As I explained, his day time insulin is fast acting and night time is slow acting. They are not the same, at all!!! When a Pharmacist doesn't know the difference between fast acting insulin and slow acting insulin, there is a serious problem. I've changed my husband's nominated pharmacy. Do not recommend, at all.

Every time I have to stand in a long for my prescription and then to be told to come back in 10 minutes. Then returned to stand in a long queue again. Absolutely rubish

I have my medication delivery to Tesco Longton. Very long queues to be served. Very little staff Go for meds when I have been txted. Meds not done meds missing asked to go back later still not done. Medication missing. Poor quality service. Not sure if it's the lack of staff or just poor customer service either way needs improving. Staff never rude maybe they are under a lot of pressure from the powers that be .Here's to improvements # only my opinion !
