I have my repeat dispensing medication script with this pharmacy since October 2018 but have used them for many years for my repeat medication every 3 months i give plenty of notice at least a week that I will be requiring them,every time the staff have not understood my request seemed confused with repeat dispensing and thought it was requesting a repeat collection from the doctors! I have been told there is nothing there or been told i need a repeat script or have gone to collect it and its not been ready and the last time i was left with no medication although i gave plenty of notice and still had this last dispersing to collect! I was told it would be ready by the Friday I requested it on Wednesday came in Sunday i was actually later than requested picking up and guess what it not done!! They could not do it either as a locum could not use the system and there was no dispenser although one was on there way i was not advicesd to come back later so they could help me.I also collected my husband script for ramipril tablets on checking before i left the pharmacy yet again he had been dispensed capsules not tablets as labelled this has happened also 3 times in the last 12 months of his 2 monthly repeat i feel strongly that the service is not up to standard expected, the staff seem to be trying their best with no support the locum pharmacist that day was hiding round the corner he could have helped his colleague who was trying her best im sure he could have talked to customers advised them off the situation they are the responsible person.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for a number of years as well as my family and friends. A lot of us who go to collect our prescriptions every time are faced with problems, such as: sorry we don't have your prescription, or your prescription is on two forms so you'll have to pay twice! It's a disgrace and then they try blaming the GP which I know full well they sent it off. Avoid this practice.
