staff go out of there way to deliver my mums insulin on Saturday after work. the deliver did not arrive and the Pharmacist got from their friend in Folstone and dropped off after hours for us. | ||||||

Pharmacist and the team are really great. nothing is too much for them. They will go that extra mile to help and lease with the surgery to get my medication.
Even with some medication being short on the market , they will go to many suppliers or even to friend like last time in Folkstone to get me my meds.

The Pharmacist went out of his was with the consultant to make sure that my mothers medication was correctly done. The Consultant had written the prescription incorrectly but luckily the Pharmacist checked and contacted the consultant. It took 3 days before the consultant called the Pharmacist back and agreed this issue. Thanks Merlin. | ||||||
