In August my husband and I wanted to stop smoking we were advised to go to this pharmacy, It was the best thing we ever did, My huusband went on his own first and the stop smoking advisor was wonderful in every way with him In 2 weeks he had quit smoking completely he could not praise the advisor enough the support was first class, Due to my husbands success I decided to visit this pharmacy he was right the advisor was amazing from the support to the attitude and how welcome you were made to feel nothing was too much trouble I quit smoking in 4 weeks We cant give enough thanks for the experience we both have had our health has improved drastically and we are financially better off too, Thank you so much

My neighbours have recently stopped smoking and said I should try this pharmacy as I needed to stop smoking due to poor health. I cant thank this pharmacy enough, At first I found it a real struggle and never thought I would not do it. in the first few weeks I visited and telephoned the pharmacy several times but it was never an issue and always found time for me even when they were really busy. I was made to feel at ease and cant begin to describe the help and support I received from them . Eventually I did quit smoking but there was no way I could have done it without them, I have started to see the health benefits and feel 100% better in myself. My neighbour suggested I leave a review fir this pharmacy and its the least I can do after what they have done for me A massive thank you without the help from this pharmacy my health would not be in the improved state that it is currently in. Thank you I never thought I could quit or feel as well as i do Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

This is a really lovely pharmacy . The staff are very professional and really pleasant and very helpful. I went in the other day and a local resident came in and needed help the assistant dealt with patient and helped them with their needs. the patient was very grateful and really thanked the assistant. The assistant replied you dont have to thank me this is my job and thats what i am here for. You can tell its a natural way the assistant deals with customers. Ive never heared anyone be that caring and reassuring to patients . Its simply a lovely pharmacy in many ways but unfortunately the outside of the pharmacy spoils all the hard work the pharmacy do to help people. There is a hairdresser/salon nextdoor and the staff always seem to be sat outside smoking talking really loudly in the street and use language that is not appropriate I have visited this pharmacy several times and seen it everytime i go there It doesnt look nice and the staff outside glare at you as you go into the pharmacy and you feel quite intimated It such a shame because its a really nice pharmacy with lovely friendly helpful staff
