I booked a booster injection appointment via the NHS app prior to the over 40 age group being brought forward. West View Pharmacy have turned off the option to amend or cancel your booking via the app and you are only able to contact them direct to cancel or rearrange but they do not answer the phone. I will be going to the drop in centre to get my appointment but will not be able to cancel their appointment when someone else could be taking it. They should turn amendments back on if they cannot answer a phone. | ||||||

Had my covid booster jab 19th November no record with N H S tried phoning all day either engaged or no one picking up phone very frustrating | ||||||

Rang ahead to check an over the counter product was available in stock. Very helpful staff member talked me through a range of products containing the same active ingredients. Advised to speak to pharmacist on arrival to ensure product of choice was suitable for me. First class service from telephone call to collection. Got the product I needed at an excellent price as I bought a non branded version. I was very pleased and would certainly use this place again. .... | ||||||
