I found the pharmacist patronising, rude and extremely unhelpful when asking why medication had been added to mums dosette at lunchtime. I have grave concerns that this medication had been omitted by mistake which meant my mum was at high risk of increased heart failure. I have passed on my concerns to her consultant.

I can only assume that Forest Pharmacy is under new management due to the drastic change in service offered. I rang with a query tonight alerted by my mother's carer that since being discharged from hospital she has gone from taking medication from 3 times a day to twice a day back to 3 times a day. After being left holding on the phone for 15 minutes whilst listening to members of staff being snapped at, the Pharmacist was unable to answer my question as to the reason why and whether i could adminster the lunctime medication except to say he was short staffed and had 11 customers waiting in the shop. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am now wondering if medication being taken twice a day was an error on their part. Further investigations will be made.
