I am supposed to get a text message every month telling me my prescription is ready was good for 2 months latley I been getting message saying it’s ready only end up with half of what I need go back in a couple of weeks for second half not much fun seeing 1 q for prescriptions and and medicines etc so you end up with 1 big q end up 10 15 min to get to front of q to be told not ready I went in my doctors yesterday and asked has boots requested a prescription for me she said no not had nothing from them so yesterday she sent prescription of to boots so I gone in today around 4 30 aftrer being in q for about 15 min I was told not ready so now finished with boots

Disappointed with boots service. I have been waiting over a month for my son prescription glasses and I still haven't received the glasses yet ?? .

Sat waiting more than half an hour for one item. Nobody called my name. When i went to check on the progress, the lady on the counter was not apologetic at all. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy.
