Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Many thanks for your help today. My prescription which was at our local pharmacy was not there when I went to collect . I was desperate for the gel for my spinal problem. I was told, they could not get it. After phoning you, you said you had it in stock. My husband has this afternoon collected it. I am

I must applaud the recent changes at this pharmacy, previously I was not a regular customer and chose a different pharmacy, however upon overhearing a conversation between one staff member and a patient who was having trouble,her attitude was fab she went out of her way to sort out their issue, so I took my prescription in, a lovely greeting, efficient and pleasant visit throughout, just what is expected. Useless they never have a anything in stock. And you have to wait eons while they fumble around only to tell you they have no stock items and you have to go somewhere else! Please avoid this clown service at all costs! Original Comment Report...

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your disappointing experience. Please may I take this opportunity to apologise for the repeated instances of our store not stocking the items you require. We do try to manage stock levels effectively within our stores but unfortunately we cannot predict the volume of items that will go out on a day to day basis. We will ensure the branch team increases their overall stock levels for future reference.
I would like to assure you that customer service is of paramount importance to us and we take all feedback extremely seriously so that we are able to look at the ways in which we can improve our service. This feedback is extremely valuable in allowing for us to make the necessary changes to improve our service.
