A wonderful chemist generally, with staff who are a breath of fresh air in an awful town. Polite, professional and attentive. That’s why it was so disappointing to learn that their dispensing during this pandemic involves beckoning in patients, who then need to physically open the door via its handle and have the door close behind them, before waiting for the prescription to be prepared inside the confined space. A year in, I believe 3Q have a window they could dispense through - to minimise risk to patients of transmission of an airborne virus - and an entirely contactless system would also be desirable.
