I ordered my prescription via the surgeries website, however the wrong strength of medication was sent. The Pharmacist gave me a call to check my dose hadn't changed, and after I confirmed this they contacted the surgery and re-requested the prescription for me! This was a great help and I really appreciate the extra effort that the Pharmacist put in. Great service, and highly recommended.

I was going on holiday and had put in a repeat prescription at my doctors but the doctors did not issue it as they said it was too early but I was going on holiday the next day, so I explained to the pharmacist what had happened and they were able to get a prescription that day so I was able to go away. Delighted, fabulous service, would recommend them to anyone, no problem too large.

I went to Day Lewis to see if they had a particular item in stock, but they didn't so the counter staff asked if they would find out if they could order it in for me, which they could. Had it in stock that afternoon, couldn't, have been more helpful and polite. Would deifinitely recommend them to everybody. Give them a try.
