Repeat Prescription from castlegate pharmacy...It has been problematic for the last 4 months. There is 1 plus point about castlegate pharmacy, that is it's open until 10:00 pm.

Three times lately I have had a prescription to collect from this pharmacy. On one occasion I stood and waited 20 mins before being acknowledged then had a further 40 min wait for my script to be done. Anther occasion over a hours wait. Had a appointment made with the pharmacy and still the appointment ran over by half an hour. Now if there was two behind the counter I could understand but on standing waiting I counted 8 members of staff. Non of whom seem to know what they were doing. Not only do they leave u waiting chances of them having what you need are very slim. I would were possible avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Not one member of staff knows what they are doing. Seem to misplace scripts as soon as they are given. More training or staff that know what they are actually doing perhaps.
