My wife bought baby teat and she did not open it and it was in its original packing but customer service refused to refund when I asked for . Even she requested to exchange with required size but no hood response | ||||||

I am writing this review on behalf of my brother. He has always found this pharmacy extremely helpful and says they really are the most helpful pharmacy around this area. Whenever he needs his prescription urgently he says he only has to ring and they are really good. In fact when he was too sick to attend the pharmacy his prescription was delivered to his home. He is constantly singing his praise for this shop and l thought l would mention this and give this shop a 5 star rating, and say thank you to all concerned. | ||||||

The staff are always friendly and helpful however this pharmacy needs updating. The front of it is full of random items and is very cramped. A lot of the time it takes a long time to get served or acknowledged by staff. When collecting repeat prescriptions, they ring to say the medication is ready and then on arrival to the store, it cannot be found. Thus has happened on many occasions. Not good enough!! | ||||||
