We are a long established family run pharmacy and have been serving the local Luton Community since 1982. There are usually 2 qualified pharmacists on site everyday and three additional trained pharmacy assistants.Whatever your medical probelm, we are here to help you. As well as providing the usual dispensing services, we provide other services including a free medicine use review service (where we review all your medications and provide advice), a free new medicines service (where we counsel you on important aspects of your new medicines and follow-up to ensure that you are getting the benefits and not experiencing any troublesome side-effects).
Other services we provide include:
Flu vaccination services - free to eligible at risk groups including over 65yrs.
Travel Vaccination Services - for all your travel and vaccination needs.
Emergency Hormonal Contraception (the "morning after pill")
Chlamydia Screening and treatment service - free to eligible people.
Sexual health Screening service including testing for HIV.
Smoking Cessation Service.
Disability Living, mobility Aids etc: We can specially obtain for you various products which will assit with your everyday challenges.
Incontinence Products including pads, pants, sheets etc
Pet Remedies - we dispense veterinary prescriptions and also supply many common over the counter medicines for common medical problems suffered by Cats, Dogs, Horses and other common pets.
We aim to provide the highest level of service, professionally, confidentially and promptly.
For all prescriptions dispensed by us, we provide additional advice to help you manage your condition in a practical way. We have thousands of satisfied patients, many of whom we have been serving for several generations.

The Mall Pharmacy has been around over 30 years run by the same people, and their dedication to customer service is to be commended. They must have hundreds of customers but always seem to remember people, ask how they're doing and remember little details about their lives. Additionally of course the service as a pharmacy is top notch including their ability to offer advice on a whole range of ailments. Other pharmacies may be available in the area but this is the best. Wholly down to the staff. "Service with a smile" doesn't begin to describe it, they are lovely people who become more like friends. Original Comment Report...

Whilst waiting for my consultation yesterday, I was so impressed with the near excellence customer service. The staff were so helpful and addressed familiar customers with their names. A bespoke service where you are treated as an individual. I was really impressed as this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of service since moving to Luton 3 years ago. I’d definitely recommend using this Pharmacy you will not be disappointed at all! The staff showed care and empathy certainly made my day. Please do continue with your near perfect service.
