Prescription passed over on 18th August. Not heard a thing. They NEVER answer the phone. Now I am left without my prescription until after the bank holiday, as unable to contact them. | ||||||

My medication is never fulfilled. Items also go missing or it hasn’t been ordered. Diabetic drugs with asthma inhalers. Copd inhalers all potent drugs always have to keep ordering. Staff appear uncaring and pass the problem on to the drs receptionist. A big problem for me going through it all again this time re ordering waiting. The staff don’t appear to care at all. Need retraining. | ||||||
