The pharmacist knows the regulars and is such a friendly and helpful person. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Medicines, when in stock, are dispensed the same day, sometimes within an hour, of an electronic prescription being received. Excellent service.

i am giving-up kew pharmacy for the moment because they're not very automated in getting prescriptions, and they don't post prescriptions. So why recommend a pharmacy to friends and family when I am giving-up on them myself. The answer is that the three partners are on duty most days and like to remember customers' faces. That's worth a lot. And they're almost next door to another pharmacy that doesn't post prescriptions, and which has different staff on duty every week and a qualified pharmacist who tries to cover several branches by travelling round and signing things while a queue of customers wait. So if you want your prescription posted, choose neither. if you want to go somewhere where the same person is on duty as last time you visited, go to Kew Pharmacy.
