The staff have complete hatred towards people who are ill. They treat them with ridicule and gossip about them in a degrading manner. There is no respect for patients dignity.

They take a dislike to some patients for no good reason and them treat them unfairly. This is bad, especially when someone is unwell.

I deal with Bicton Heath Pharmacy for my Mothers medication, I have always found them very helpful and extremely understanding with the problems with in and out of hospital, change of medication and the general changes that go with the elderly.
