This pharmacy never has your prescriptions ready example one requested repeat medication prescription asked for Saturday..now Thursday afternoon still not ready ..call back in an hour !..this is not the first time ,nor am I the only one experiencing this..

Morphine required for pain relief was needed today on a repeat prescription basis. Pharmacy was out-of-stock, causing a delay of one day while ordered. Strong pain relief medication - particularly controlled medication - should NOT be unavailable as needed, as pharmacies are required to keep a log of what and how much of controlled medication they have. When it is required it is so immediately. This, then, is a management failure that adversely affects the patient.
