They have had my prescription for a few weeks already. I have been calling them but no answer. At first I went to pick it up but the Pharmacy was closed. Then I've tried to call them to find out what the name of the item on the prescription is but they say they don't know what it is. I've contacted the BRI but the consultant and the department are unavailable tocontact and phones are switched off. (The NHS is a mostly useless organisation unable to cope with the new wave of sick people. They would be wise to only treat people born on a Even Numbered Year Alternated with Odd every other year).

Very poor service. My Dr sent a prescription to boots at Eastville for emergency medication. I turned up at 5.30pm as the website says its open until 7. To find out that the pharmacy closes at 5. Nothing on the website or front door to say this is the case. I spoke to the extremely rude assistant manager and asked if I could have the prescription to take to another pharmacy as the medication was a matter of urgency. She advised me that all the staff had gone home and she was unable to help, and suggested I called 111 or go to emergency dept at hospital. This to add to the pressure these services are already under.. fast forward a few days and I went into boots again only to see this same assistant manager working and serving and doing prescriptions behind the counter. She recognised me and just gave me a smirk, and laughed to herself. How can this be OK, I didn't ask for the drugs, all I wanted was the prescription my Dr sent thro so I could take it to a pharmacy who was open. I asked to speak to her manager and she came down with an attitude the same as hers claiming I was aggressive and rude to her, which I definitely was not, I can't understand why these people are employed in such a position.

Why offer a telephone number when no one will answer it?.. I was advised to call all my local Pharmacy's as my prescription was difficult to fill, you would think Sunday opening Chemist would be more helpful, saying that, they are just as bad in the week.... What ever happened to customer service????
