Went in today to pick up prescription. Doctor didn’t know much about what he was prescribing and told me to ask pharmacist for info on how long to take medicine for etc... i was told in no uncertain terms after asking a few questions and staff ducking to backroom to get information. When this information didn’t make sense I asked to see the person who was relaying and I was told that the pharmacist was on lunch and no one was able to advise. I had to leave without any information which the doctor told me they would provide. What good is a health service if the people providing the care are unable to help patients seeking information about the drugs they sell. Original Comment Report...

I would like to express my thanks to the member of staff that helped me yesterday 25/1/17. I was visiting one of our offices in Bolton and realized that I had forgotten my medication which I need to take daily. Your member of staff was very helpful and contacted my GP in Slough to get a prescription sent through electronically. After my doctors rang me they sent the prescription through and Cohen's reacted quickly and my medication was ready for me to pick up after work. Thanks Joyce Original Comment Report...
