This used to be a superb pharmacy but the gentleman who managed it had sadly moved on and it’s now a shambles. I have tried multiple times but each time their incompetence astounds me. Lack of knowledge of medication and where to source, no notification when medication arrives (despite signing up for this service) never had any issues when the previous manager was in charge. Unless you have a requirement for a generic medication that will be in stock, I would avoid this place at all costs | ||||||

Called into Handforth Dean Pharmacy this morning for advice. My husband was worried that his Blood Pressure was very low. Saw a member of staff, who took his B.P 3 times, explained why his B.P. could be low and really took a lot of his worries away. She gave good advice, she was very professional, she listened to him and myself and made us both feel better. She advised us to return the following day if any symptoms persisted. She tested our own sphygmomanometer against her readings. Thank you very much | ||||||

I can always be guaranteed great customer service and the team are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I am on lifelong medication and they are so good when it comes to any questions or concerns I may have about my medication. Thanks to a great team ! | ||||||
