I work in a local surgery and we can never ever get through on the phone to be able to get issues sorted out. 3 of us have just spent half hour constantly calling and nobody picks up. How on earth are we meant to sort out problems if the phone is never answered. You really need to sort this out ! Its very frustrating for us. | ||||||

I’ve got two disabled children One of my sons on medication try to get it for two days the lady there said that the prescription was no good go to another go all the way back down to Well Being Centre to get another one said there was nothing wrong with a prescription go back over there and they said they still can’t take it take it to the Queen Square and got my sons medication was two days for me Running around when I don’t need this stress when I’ve got disabled children | ||||||

Last year around aug/sept 2018 i had my repeat prescriptions missed and upon checking with pharmacy they confirmed that they did not receive any prescriptions. However, manager on the day was more than happy to arrange for a request to be sent in to my gp requesting for my preacription. Previously i was not offered this atany other pharmacy and by offering the help and advice, it saved me a lot of time and above all, it gave me that faith inthe pharmacy that any issues or concerns willbe addressed in an honest and unbiased way.
