que all day, rude staff, short on meds, takes 5 days for prescription and vending perscription machine waste of time

Whilst it is busy at the moment ( it is winter). There are chairs to sit on if needed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff get to know their customers which I think is a nice personal touch especially as I regularly collect prescriptions for my parents & husband.
