Superdrug Pharmacy - awful. Rude woman (sounds middleaged) answered phone on the pharmacy. They failed to give me the rest of my prescription stating there were stock issues, that's fine. But don't say it will be back in stock in a couple of days when 3 weeks later its still not there. The female employee was defensive straight away and hung up on me, just because I asked her if I could speak. I suffer with OCD and depression and this was very distressing. As I ran out of prescribed medication and they would not accept responsibility and have some understanding of my feelings.

Being autistic I didn't understand something about my medicine, gone back to Boots as Superdrug treated me like I was a nuisance. Wouldn't recommend if you have learning or mental health issues.
