I will never use this pharmacy again. Staff is so rude. I went to for collect my prescription but server said to me may not be ready and I said to her ‘just check with my surgery before come I was told should be ready. It’s really I am in emergency as so much pain, several sleepless night. She started talk aggressively and high volume and said ‘how they know prescription is ready and not ! They are not working us . I don’t want to argue , I just need my medication as I feel really painful. Just She make s me cry. I saw on name badges, her name is Kate and she is really lack of empathy, not helpful and polite. Never forget!

Awful experience following two days at this pharmacy. Far too under staffed, long long queues, half an hour waiting time just to be seen. Shelves empty, mess everywhere, untrained staff. Everywhere I looked there was something to laugh at. The date on display for all to see read Saturdays date and I was there Friday and Saturday (a week later). A messy handwritten sign read 'prescription chargers'. On the Saturday having stood in line for another half an hour I took my prescription away with me having been told the wait would be another 30 mins. I drove to the Kew Pharmacy (Amazing) and within four minutes I was off again with prescription in hand. I will NOT be using Hawthorn surgery again in a hurry!

Shocking customer service by the team Charged 26.96 for £3 product. Refused a refund by the miserable counter assistant. Asked to speak to the manger who politely refunded me. Would not use this pharmacy again.
