I am so happy with this pharmacy. I recently had an issue getting my prescription at a different pharmacy and was a bit panicked as I was running out of medication. I walked into Hyde Park Pharmacy and was put at ease straight away. The staff are friendly and welcoming, unlike some other pharmacies where staff can be a bit stand-offish. They immediately registered me with the pharmacy and told me that I could collect my prescription tomorrow (not the usual 48 hours needed by other pharmacies) as they didn't have any in stock at the moment. They made the whole process easy and my medication was there for the next day to take home. The lovely lady who served me advised me about repeat prescriptions and their SMS reminder service. All this AND the pharmacy is open until 8pm in the evening - which is such a blessing when you work 9-5. I'm so lucky to live around the corner, I'll be using Hyde Park Pharmacy from now on.

on 13/08/2018 waited for delivery of anti-malaria tablets prescription, Spoke to A person over the phone stating I was waiting for the rest of my prescription to be delivered as I was travelling in early hours the following morning, the normal delivery driver had finished his shift, So after telling the person about my situation he delivered them at 12:30am, so I am very happy for the service that the person supplied as I was bitten many times by the mosquitoes and if it wasn`t for the person I might of caught malaria.
