I actually dread having to phone the pharmacy or pick anything up. The service is so unfriendly and at times rude. I have been cut off whilst explaining things which is very concerning. All jobs can be busy and stressful but that is NEVER an excuse to be rude.

This pharmacy should be reported never mind left a review for the service and respect of the customer care (or lack of), absolutely disgusting attitude by the staff. If you want to be spoken to like a 2 year old then come to this place!! The staff need to be trained or sacked, attitude, and caring compassion in non existing! I have now moved my mother to a new pharmacy as there attitude was detrimental to her mental condition.. and mine!!!

After a toral cock up again by doc surgury prescrption was not there so had to go back next day.i realise this is th fault of the doctors anv not the phamacy however. I tried to ring the next morning to check it was ready but after 45 mins of being engaged a gave up and went along. Luckly nice day so didnt have to wait over half an hour in the rain like time before. I was greeted by a pleasent lady who asked all the normal questions name address date of birth got prescription and went on my way. However when my husband went to take his medication not only was it wrong but a totally different person presciption. What is going on? What he had taken the tablets without cheking as he has been on the for a while? Who is checking before they leave pharmacy? Who is the pharmacist? And what about the poor man whos prescrption my husband has. I will be taking this futher as it is very dangeous and very incompedent
