    I had a prescription via LIVI and went to collect it on a Saturday to be told they don’t know how to use the LIVI tracker so sent me away to a different pharmacy. They shut at 12pm and when I went to another pharmacy they said no it has been registered to Shaw. So now I have no prescription thanks to them being clueless about LIVI.

    This pharmacy in my opinion is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years despite my troubles with the surgery behind. The staff never cease to amaze me with the going above and beyond for me and my family. Whenever they are busy they still find the time to talk to me and always try to make every customer feel special. They genuinely take an interest in everyone and are lovely caring people. The pharmacists and the manager are a credit to the company and I hope they continue this outstanding work for many years to come. A very proud loyal and satisfied customer
