Yet again I'm amazed this chemist is allowed to trade, called today 17 Sept to collect controlled drugs which we pick up each sat only to find its been shut since yesterday so they have our prescription n we have no meds which are very important. This is now gone to next level, staff are rude incompetent u even have to write ur name down as they can't understand what ur saying absolutely ridiculous. This chemist must be put into new management asap n get rid of the incompetent staff.
