Having nominated Station Plaza as my preferred Pharmacy when Trackside in Bexhill on Sea closed may I express my thanks for their help and excellent service today.
As a result of a clerical error at my doctor’s surgery, no electronic prescription was raised when requested just a paper one which unfortunately stayed at the surgery. Given that for several years my prescription has been delivered to me I became concerned when nothing had arrived today when I had requested my repeat prescription electronically 5 days ago.
Without detailing several phone calls to both the Pharmacy and Surgery may I simply say a huge thank you to the two ladies to whom I spoke this morning at Station Plaza and to the drivers who drove to Bexhill (despite the awful traffic due to the road works) twice, initially delivering the bulk of my prescription and later delivering the balance due.
First class service and exceptional help - 5 stars are not enough! | ||||||

Really disappointed after going to my doctor who as always was brilliant. To then take my prescription down to the pharmacy and be greeted with a member of staff with a hard face. Hardly smiling and not making eye contact at all. Then to see her be rude to another elderly customer asking for help. The only time she spoke properly was to another member of staff behind the counter. I’ve never had this before here as everyone is usually so cheery and helpful. | ||||||

My previous surgery Cornwallis was closed due to operational issues which meant that my online prescription service also stopped.
I phoned Station Plaza Pharmacy for my repeat prescription and what a difference in service very professional and helpful - well done the Pharmacy! If the surgery had been more like your operation it might not have closed. | ||||||
