I went in last week for some advice off the male pharmacist who was on at the time (not Andrew) and he seemed uninterested about what i was asking about and i was not taken into a private room. Today i went in again to purchase an item related to the same problem I am having and was approached by the same male pharmacist as I was talking to the lady serving me behind the counter, explaining my ailment to her, and what I wanted to buy etc. As he recognised me from last week he began telling me what I should and should not be doing and was extremely rude. I felt belittled and quite upset. I hadn't even been speaking to him and he just approached me and spoke about my ailment in front of all the other customers.i was trying to explain my situation but couldn't get a word in edgeways. Once he had finished he just walked off very rudely. The lady behind the counter walked off aswell, so I had to wait until another member of staff came to serve me. I will not be going in there again. Staff have no customer service skills at all.

The pharmacist himself was arrogant, rude and unhelpful and the pharmacy was crowded with people with little infection control. I shall go elsewhere in future.
