Queues out of the door, never enough staff and the one's that are there wander around like they're on Mogadon....and the 'filing' systems and their operation look like a church rummage sale. | ||||||

Always request my repeat prescription 10-7 working days as advised - But NEVER get a TEXT reminder to inform ready to collect despite staff stating I will . This has lead to occasions I have run out of medication!! | ||||||
