Would never come here again. Awful organisation. Even when there was no one being served as I was first in the queue the staff ignored me and continue to talk to each other. On another occasion after waiting for a very long time in a queue I asked the assistant sitting by the door if she was able to serve me. She was extremely hostile and told me to join the queue even though she hadn’t served anyone in the 30 minutes plus I was waiting. Totally unacceptable uncaring and arrogant. |

I’m afraid I have to agree with the previous poor reviews. I stood in the now almost permanent long queue watching as about 5 dispensary staff looked very busy. Only one person was actually serving and that person asked the next in line to come forward and then proceeded to look at the prescription for 20 minutes whilst tapping at the computer. During that 20 minutes no one else called anyone forward. I would politely suggest that that person should have asked for help from more senior staff or another member of staff should have called the next person. Boots - you are a shop. You have customers who need serving. People in the queue should be served - and then you can go back to being very busy at the dispensary end. Something has happened here where it is now thought to be ok to get on with whatever you are doing in the dispensary and we the customers can just stand and wait and wait and wait. Please if you see that there is a queue - serve us. |

I wonder why this boots is still open. It s horrible service, ling queues. So many people as part of stuff but they are so slow. I do t think they know what 'servi e' actually means. Anyone could walk in and improve the service they offer. |
