I arrived at the pharmacy at 2 minutes to 1 pm, closing time. I tied up my bike outside the pharmacy and by the time I was at the door, it was 30 seconds past one. A customer was still in the store. I asked if I could come in, the answer was no. I just had to pick up a prescription, so one of the attendants opened the door, I gave my name but I was told the prescription was not there (it had been accepted, so it would have been there, I checked on my online portal saying it was ready to be picked up). Very rude service for a pharmacy, when I was clearly in need of this prescription. I will be taking this further. | ||||||

I visited this pharmacy on 06 January 2017 for paracetamol syrup under the Minor ailments scheme for my daughter. I was shocked when I was told post immunisation fever is not covered. Eyy?
I wish I was still registered at my previous GP surgery near Perfucare pharmacy, very competent. | ||||||
