I called at 1.30pm today to ask for the pharmacy to process the antibiotic prescription The Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre had sent over 2 days prior. I said I'd collect the order in an hour. The lady said that was fine and they'd process the order to have ready for my arrival. I went into the pharmacy and asked for my antibiotics, collected the order and when I got home I went to take the tablets but noticed the pharmacy had given me the completely wrong drugs! So I called and asked for this to be rectified, there was NO apology or empathy that they'd made a mistake. This could be a dangerous mistake! I was too sick and tired to walk there again so I was assured their delivery service would come to my house between 2 - 6 pm that day with the correct order. I provided my mobile number in case the driver needed to contact me. At 5.30pm it became apparent my medication wasn't coming. I called the pharmacy again and was assured that the delivery man will definitely be with me at 6 pm. This was said in a patronising way. 6.10pm, nothing, and surprise surprise the pharmacy phone was engaged when calling for the next 25 minutes until past their close hours at 6.30pm. I am now going without my medication and I'm too ill to be worrying about this. I feel the pharmacy doesn't care about their customers. On another occasion some months earlier I was oversold and pushed into purchasing another product that I did not need. The lady was like a desperate pushy salesperson. Disappointing and I completely do NOT recommend!
