I had a flu jab appointment at 9.10 this morning. The pharmacist clearly wasn't prepared as the vaccine was still in the fridge. Was advised to wait a few minutes. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. The staff didn't seem to know the cause of the delay and the pharmacist didn't bother to update me. I left and will get the flu jab from my Doctors. I wouldn't recommend getting the flu jab from Boots. Stick to your GP. Original Comment Report...
