The customer service has gone down hill since it changed hands. I went in this week and the older lady pharamcist actually shouted at me for going in more than once and asking for a prescription. I have never in all my time been shouted at by a shop owner. She has no absolutely no customer service skills. The lady customer in the shop who was standing beside me could not believe it either and we just looked at each other. Appalling customer service and should not be working with vulnerable members of the community face to face especially as a pharmacist.
