Unfortunately, I’ve already been forced to complain to NHS England regarding Peak Pharmacy and their reluctance to ensure that I have the correct medication in a timely manner – my complaint was upheld. The information they provided was found to be incorrect and misleading, my prescription provision was very slow and the staff always act like they’re doing you a favour rather than providing a professional rights-based service. Staff need to remember that it’s the people who require medication who keep them in their jobs…

Dreadfully slow and often unorganised.
Customer service is dreadful and the assistants treat you as though you're stopping them from doing something much more important.
There are several pharmacy outlets in Runcorn, my advice is...
Choose another one!
