Will definitely change my prescription delivery from here, continuously having problems and they hardly ever answer the phone. So unorganised. Unbelievable customer service if any. They just don't care.

Been here a few times now, and the wait is always long. They never seem to know whats going on. During this corona times we were supposed the have meds delivered to my mum because of her age she can not go out. I had to chase them up by personally going to the shop to find out where they were twice because they do not answer the phone.

I attended superdrugs pharmacy today and was shocked at the service that they provide. When I walked in the pharmacists was on the phone, they were having a personal conversation on the phone I proceeded to wait for them to attend to me. A colleague attend to me and put my prescription into the basket. The colleague then left and told me to take a seat whilst the pharmacist was still on the phone I was waiting for 20 minutes before they called me and gave me my prescription which the pharmacist then informed me after waiting 20 minutes that they could only provide me with half and told me to come back. Granted I would not recommend this Pharmacy to anyone, I shall be attending boots from now on.
