I’ve been into this chemist 3 times in the last three months. Every time I’ve been, the person serving has been so rude. Unfortunately it has been the same person every time so I can’t blame the whole team but you should not be working in a customer facing job if you don’t like speaking to people or can’t speak to people nicely. Very direct, rude and felt like being talked down to every time. I was the only person in there, so it wasn’t like it was busy and she was rushed off her feet. I would rather drive further away to collect my prescription than use Cohen’s in Tetbury again.

I have been using this chemist for over a year to specifically collect a repeat prescription. There is always a big queue and a wait for at least 10/15 mins and the staff never seem to know where anything is. They don’t seem to have enough room for all the drugs etc and to be organized to service so many customers in Tetbury. I’m not sure there’s enough staff or they’re working effectively enough. I think we all use it as it’s located in our doctors for convenience and our doctors referred us to get the order from there so I have never changed it but I am going to now. It is very unsatisfactory and I find quite sad as there are often many older patients waiting for there prescriptions only to be told they can’t be found or not ready.
