Hello, I gave my prescriptions on this last friday morning around 8h45 am ans was told to come for collection on next monday, yesterday actually. *1/ Knowing hiw this staff is always acting :they hevrr give you an anowledgment slip,like any good pharmacy, they just ask foreigners people to write down the name and go for searching, luckily, your medecines..so, I came today fir collecting them around 2h40pm and the same recepetionist already couldn,t read my name and surnames. I wrote them in capital letters. But I niticed that this person was unable to read foreeigners people names. They told that they couldn't find my medecines nor my prescription.. I had to come later, when I reated and askdd the reason they blamed colleagues who were dealling with medecines.. At no moment someobe took tge responsibility to take my xase seriously, it seemed that it wasn't theur problem at all.. I was surprised by this unprofessional attitude and it was clear that no manager was driving this staff no one ever xame apologising ir telling me why such bad service was given.. That wasn't theircup of tea It appeard that I shouldn't use their service I very well received the message and won't come back..
