Been on hold now for over 30 minutes trying to find the status of a prescription ordered over a week ago! They told me to ring back today. | ||||||

Was told to ring today to get status on a week late prescription they’re having trouble getting hold of, though I was told on Monday that it had been delivered and I would receive it on Tuesday. Obviously it wasn’t my prescription delivered. Rang several times, option 2 just not answering. Tried option 3 to leave a message but it just says - thank you for calling, goodbye. I’m still on hold 45 minutes later! I need my prescription! | ||||||
