We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Been using the this chemist for years, but now i have my medication delivered due to ill health, but it never arrives i have to ring and ask where my medication is. And now they don't even answer the phone. I am to day waiting for my medication but no one will answer the phone to ask where it is, i have now run out of my medication. Disgraceful.

Been collecting my perception from this chemist for 3 years now and each time I go to collect my medication which is bi monthly it's never been right, always something missing or
not ready on time.
I dont have to put a repeat perception in as it automatically done ever two months and they still cant get it right.
Very poor service. Wouldnt recommend this pharmacy.
I will be asking my doctor not to send my future perceptions there. Original Comment Report...

It is disappointing to hear that each time you collect your prescription, there is either items missing or further delays. How do you expect people to be in for there prescription delivery when you don’t notify them when it will be arriving. Our friend had gone five days without heart medication and pain killers because she didn’t know that she had been struck of your list as she had missed three deliveries.You know by her prescription that she has been seriously ill you also know her age and I can assure you that she is not out partying, more likely at the doctors or the hospital. Shame on you
