prescriptions were ordered and at least a week given for collection, order was given verbally at the chemist counter and no indication was given that it would not be placed in fact the assistant said yes the order was placed. Upon returning to mthe pharmacy to collect the prescriptions,no prescriptions were ready or even ordered. Medication that was urgently required was not supplied. | ||||||

Living a long distance from parents, who were determined to live at home, but incapable of answering the door or properly looking after their interests the pharmacy team were a God send. The, more local, pharmacy my parents used were awkward and uncooperative when it came to something as simple as delivery as tablets. Over a three year period they could not of done more to help. | ||||||

The doctor's receptionist put me through to speak to the pharmacy for some advice instead of making a doctor's appointment for my 6 year old daughter. The Pharmacist I spoke to listened to my concerns, asked lots or questions and gave me some really helpful advice. I felt I could trust them and that they understood me and gave me some really good advice. They were kind, patient with me and reassuring when I needed it. | ||||||
