I have been ringing the Pharmacy department for nearly 4 hours on Friday 10th June with no answer. An absolute disgrace. 4 hours and not once was my call answered. The pharmacy was open but nobody had the decency to answer. | ||||||

So I’ve had problems in the past but they have always fixed the issue but on this occasion I’ve ended up in a shouting match with one of the staff because he can’t get a prescription for my daughter off the computer and when I’ve asked why he’s gone from 0-100 raising his voice at me over a very simple question. Utterly disrespectful and demeaning. I will be making a formal complaint about the member of staff who felt it was ok to shout at a women and a four year old over a simple QUESTION!
I’ve never in my career seen such poor staffing and customer service. | ||||||

Have been using this pharmacy for many years. Never had a problem, always found the staff very helpful, with nothing too much trouble, particularly when I've been prescribed medication that's difficult to get hold of. | ||||||
