I moved here 2 years ago and have used Tesco Pharmacy at Littlehampton for all my prescriptions. I have always found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I like the fact I can park easily too and leave my prescription with them whilst I shop and pick up at the end. When something has been incorrect on my prescription from surgery or whatever, they are quick to offer to resolve it and have done so in a timely manner. |

Very rude gentleman behind the counter today 31.05.18
Fobbed me off blaming my surgery over prescription and basically assumed that I had put a prescription in late, did not even check his computer to see if Dr had sent the prescription because unfortunately there had been a mistake.
My husband has bipolar so extremely hard for him to be out and having to experience a problem over his medication which has set off his anxiety and now caused me issues having to deal with his panic over the medication.
Very upset the way Tescos Pharmacy was over dealing with the problem knowing the medication was for depression anxiety mental health issues, such a poor service and shocking seeing us treated this way so makes you wonder how many other customers or customers with mental health get this attitude from this particular member off staff. |

Took prescription in for numbing cream and dressing for my poor 5 year old son who needs blood tests. We asked pharmacist to confirm it contained the dressing as you need to apply the cream then cover it with the dressing for 2 hours. Pharmacist said yes. Checked the box when we got home - no dressing. Returned to store - pharmacist said he can order it for 4pm next day - this is no good as his blood test is at 4.30 and as I said it needs to be applied 2 hours before. Asked for the prescription back so we can go to a pharmacy that has it is stock and he says no! So now my son has no medication to use and will be in pain unnecessarily- all because of the Tesco pharmacist. |
