Pharmacist in hove, does not know how to talk to people with disabilities, instead shouts asking to wear a mask, embarrassing me in front of all the other customers, my badge is round my neck on my coat , if he had the respect to come and speak to me, he would see my badge, instead of shouting at me from behind the pharmacy. Terrible service, i suffer from anxiety a lot and he made me so upset when i left. Kamsons needs to train their staff to be respectful of all kinds of walks of life, caring, and nice communication. And warm , smiley and comfortable welcome. Not shouting in a shop. So rude , such a rude little man, who shows no feelings to others.

Lady at the counter who looked new dark hair. Rude , aggressive, negative with far too much attitude, uncaring, incompetent and unsuitable for the NHS doesn’t understand customer consumer rights. Would not recommend to anyone in fact opposite. Bring back Sharon much nicer person.
